Member: 7094 Status: Offline Thanks Meter: 0 | Siemens A3x, HC:C289 (0089-88C2) flashing problem That Siemens A3x i have tried to FW update (for language changing). Siemens SWUP194 gave me an error "the flash MID: 0089, DID: 88C2 = Intel 28F160/28F016 Top 16MBit will be erased ..mobile reported invalid flash_block_adress!" Siemens WinSwup32 (SVN: 31) gave me an error "Wrong Erase-Adress, not possible from 0h to F7FFFh" After that changing lang was not succsess, but phone was still a live. I have tried Ziemens x3x Workshop 1.22, it gave me an error and after that phone was killed. Tried a lot of flashers, but nothing... BTW i suppose the phone is some asian version. Original FW was v.16 Some idea to repair phone? |

Member: 7690 Status: Offline Thanks Meter: 4 | Exist more solution... SOLUTION 1: Use All 3/4 Siemens Service v2.0.5 (cracked by Xak) 1. Load *.flx file 2. Select COM Port and mobile type 3. Check option "Write Flash" 4. Check option "Write IMEI" 5. Check option "Burst Mode ( 10% faster ) Now U are ready to flash the phone... 6. Press "Init Mobile" and follow the program instruction's Afther flashing U need to read LOG file from phone &create a MAP file... 7. Use "Siemens IMEI Writer, Version 3.00" or 4.00 <-- read LOG and make MAP file 8. Now use " Siemens IMEI Writer, Version 3.00 " or 4.00 <-- to write MAP file to phone Afther writing MAP file to phone, your phone is ready for calls... Now is "All Done..." SOLUTION 2: 1. Read full flash and eeprom of GOOD A3x with UniSiemens 4.00 2. Then write on BAD phone 3. Use "Siemens IMEI Writer, Version 3.00" or 4.00 for repair & unlock phone good luck _____________ -=G3=- Last edited by -=G3=-; 04-06-2003 at 18:09. |

Member: 7094 Status: Offline Thanks Meter: 0 | Thanks, phone live Thanks, G3! I repaired it using All34. Wrote in back MAP file which backuped before all with KSIE51. Now phone works fine, but I still can't find flx file with LP05 (Bulgarian). Other way is flashing with Unisiemens, but it gives me I/O error after bootloader is uploaded. Only All34 works for me, but I need LP05 flx file. |
