I'm interested only in the battery settings. So if i load a full flash the battery settings don't change right? I'm confused because when i load the good eeprom (with good battery values) all the pics on the phone change. The correct order is first load the good eeprom and then the full flash file right? Please correct me if i'm wrong. ThanX a lot

Of course that if you write new eeprom, write full flash, the eeprom you wrote will be deleted...

So write new eeprom only after wrirting full flash.

Flasing that phone with xbi files you will let the the eeprom area untouched, so if you write an good eeprom in your phone you will have the settings of that eeprom, after that if you flash the phone, with xbi files the eeprom it will remain intact.Xbi files have only firmvare and language pack inside, no eeprom zone.

But xbi isnīt full flash...

He asked about full flash.

Learn more about this here:
http://forum.gsmhosting.com/vbb/show...5&pagenumber=2

Or ok, Iīll transfer info into here:
"Hi

Let me correct you...

Swup itīs a program in DOS that updates phone software. Of course thatīs just a program, and it needs to load a flash like others.

Winswup32 itīs same program but this time for Windows. Also need to load flash file.

And using this programs wonīt write your eeprom, because this just writes the flash. Thatīs why you should use this if itīs just to update firmware of the phone.

With full flash, all will be written, including eeprom. This will cause "Wrong Software" on the screen, a black square, just lights up beep and go off, or 100% dead.
Always after writing a full flash (that itīs not from your phone)into your phone, youīll need to map your phone to write correct IMEI, or write your eeprom backup.
For this kind of flashing I advice you to use Unisiemens.

Hope helped you out...

Regards"

@zalaros
If you write full flash, the current EEPROM will be overwritten.
So if you want to write full flash to your phone without losing current EEPROM, just write from 0x000000 with size 5F0000 (not 600000).
