SL45 Flash / EEPROM - GSM-Forum

Greetings all.
Has anybody got a matching pair of flash and eeprom files available. I have a SL45 displaying 'wrong software' I have tried several flash & eeprom files but still have the same fault. Is this because the 2 files don't match up? Thanks in advance.

You uploaded to phone a full backup??? What you need is swup file. search for slik5601w. Try that.

No it's not that the files don't match up.It has nothing to do with that.You must use ksie 5.1 (download it from http://groups.yahoo.com/group/Drug_Store/files/Siemens/ (join for free) ) run the program select your phone and then from security press unlock/change imei and enter your imei.After you have put the correct imei the phone should work OK.Good luck
