am using the freesiemens software to unlock this phones but it seems there are certain types that the soft cant unlock is there any software that i might use am afriad to scretch the test point is there any help

What the problem do you get when use a freesiemens? You have to choose a "boot type" = "New Phone x5x" or "bootcore bug" (it depend of version of Freia). Process of Unlock change EEPROM only and not depend from firmware version.
