Flashed C55 sw/10 with sw/24, phone now only beeps :( - GSM-Forum

My girlfriend has an old C55. The phone did not function correc tly, so I downloaded a firmware for the C55: version 24:

I flashed it using Freia 15.
After installing the firmware and EEPROM with Freia succesfully, the phone does not power on, but it only lights for a tenth of a second and it beeps once.
Does anyone know what's the problem and if it is possible to recover the phone?

you have to change imei to original - with freia direct unlock, no save map, use original imei

then your girlfriend will be happy

Thanks! It works! I hope the phone works better now.
On the Siemens site, I found firmware 18. This is 24. The C55 I flashed had SW 10. Does anyone the differences, and why the newer version is not offered on the Siemens' website?
