C65 don't get in test mode - GSM-Forum

Hello,
I have this C65 with "phone code -phone disabled" message on screen when sim in. I want to unlock.Phone is V25. I tryed with SST v5.32, and no success: the phone don't get in test mode-nothing happens when i press pwr on .I tried Papua Utils "telephones not found" message appears.I don't know quite well how to use testpoint at this model the picture i have is not so explicite.
PLEASE HEEEEELP!!!

check your phone connector clean it after use sst good luck

when u press power button ..u see some thing happen in software ?
power on ..Booting Mode or Service Mode?

if u see then just power off after 5 sconds and power on again with in 7 seconds and u phone will phone goes to boot mode..
no need to tp for that v25...tp need for v43 or higher

also try with 5.31 ...may be some bug on 5.32 for c65

I replaced connector....same trouble...

Is the RX/TX EMI filter which is next to the connector ok?

with the 25 software NO NEED to use test point (Papua Utils x65) if your phone not detected and connector is fine change crystal IC near the connector! it helps 99%
