Seems, that your EEPROM is damaged. Write fresh EEPROM Area to phone and repeat Unlock with Freia.
In case of EEPROM Damages, Freia Log often displays "EEPROM IMEI corrupt" (just as a hint for you)
Use Boot type "normal" in case of established Testpoint only. Especially if bootcore is patched
