Member: 42526 Status: Offline Thanks Meter: 0 |  Unlocking Process for SIEMENS C72V for FREE I have a Siemens C72V that I want to unlock. Here are my steps hopefully useful for other who want to do it, in a free mode, without TESTPOINTS and EXTERNAL BOXES like martech, BBOX... Using just PAPUA UTILS and px65v5 java appl. from CHAOS 1) download Java px65v5 applet and installed in folder Games of my phone 2) I let the program run on the phone;after 6minutes on the display appears HASH and ESN. 3) I inserted these codes on papua's CODES tag and press on the button "Calc SKEY+BKEY" after a while you will find on the codepage all the fields completed BKEY and SKEY. 4) I pressed the button ENTER SKEY in phone and voilą. the phone is in factory mode. Now you can do everything you want to your phone (also format FFS_C as I do...  Just one question to the forum: After all these steps... Have I to go to papua's "FLASH" tag and do the "Carry out- do the job": "Replace 76,5008,5009,5077" ? to save to the phone the changes? If Yes, why have I to do this? Best Regards. Houseman |

Member: 29130 Status: Offline Thanks Meter: 5 | "Flash" page has an alternative way to unlock phone as described. It works also with TestPoint for difficult cases... Also has many more usefull options. IF you boot in "Service Mode" with proper calculated BootKey & SKey and "Enter Skey in phone" you can Unlock with "Freia.log" button and then 'Cancel' to Save Dialog... |
