I didn't know it, but found.
Here:

3B3A44: D7 40 A6 02 : extp #2A6h, #1
3B3A48: C2 FC 95 3A : movbz r12, mem_A9BA95 ; (02A6:3A95)
3B3A4C: 26 FC 1A 00 : sub r12, #1Ah ;r12= x pos
3B3A50: E0 0D : mov r13, #0 ;r13= y pos
3B3A52: F0 E8 : mov r14, r8 ;r14=picID (net icons in this subroutine)
3B3A54: DA C1 EC 22 : calls 0C1h, loc_C122EC ;drowPic

Please note that sub r12, #1Ah... 1A is the wideness of net icons...

About SMS info v 4.2, disaming it you can clearly see:

4448B6: E0 0F : loc_4448B6:
4448B6: E0 0F : mov r15, #0
4448B8: 88 F0 : mov [-r0], r15
4448BA: 88 F0 : mov [-r0], r15
4448BC: 88 F0 : mov [-r0], r15
4448BE: E6 FC 5A 00 : mov r12, #5Ah ; r12, byte size of EE_block
4448C2: 88 C0 : mov [-r0], r12
4448C4: E6 FC C6 13 : mov r12, #13C6h ; EE_BlockID
4448C8: E6 FD 68 09 : mov r13, #968h
4448CC: E6 FE 36 00 : mov r14, #36h ;r14:r13 = Pag:Off EE_block RAM data buffer
4448D0: DA C2 92 2F : calls 0C2h, loc_C22F92 Write (or read, I didn't check) DataToEEPROM
4448D4: 06 F0 08 00 : add r0, #8 ;need
4448D8: DB 00 : loc_4448D8:
4448D8: DB 00 : rets

So, EE_blockID is 13C6h = 5062d = aka Games Data EE_Block

Bye

In fact we can disassemby this part of FW but I thought that x possition is around 50-53d ... but 1A is a 26d? Hmm it`s to close from left...

But... I forgot that... Siemens Picture Changer 2 has an option "Screen Editor" and we can move all indicators where we want... and later we get a code from this changes. I used it

@lalo.lerry thanks for this block so much, I`ll check it
