wht is the err if the err is socket err:10060 it means the server is down..

have u got any firewall in ur pc if yes then power off the firewall.

for me every think is going good with update
but my problem is how to use because i cant unlock with this phone

All is ok with server. Be sure is not a firewall pb from ur side.
