3650 strange virus?????? - GSM-Forum

I have an strange 3650 that has some downloaded clips and some games,after he downloaded these he can't send mesages the phone turns it self off.I.ve tried to flash it but still the same.Anybody with a solution for this?Should I make a full erase and write a whole new flash to the phone?

I think this is the way...

After flash, Format user area + MMC

Now the phone must be clean at all levels.

TIP: For example if u have 4.13, and after all this stills the same, flash older firmware, and upgrade later to 4.13
