6600 ring and vibrate when received sms report. - GSM-Forum

6600 is vibrate and play the sms tones when received sms report, I already format, upgrade and downgrade again with griffin and tornado, flash it to chinese but the problem still the same...
pls help

be more specific , what is the problem exactly?

the sms report is sound like if you received a sms (but no msg in inbox), and there are no pop up shown "Delivered: XXX", just the sms sound.
If I restart the phone all the pending sms report is poping up and and end up with app close: main.
