6620 unable to connect to pc suite via bluetooth - GSM-Forum

my 6620 will connect to the ambicvom bluetooth connection. i can see the phone with my computer, and I can see the computer with my phone.
here is the problem.
pc suite from nokia either does not see the phone, or the phoner will be greyed out in the phone list and i am not able to select it.

any ideas? i am about ready to chuch our my blue tooth and buy the data cable.
