I try to update 7650 with griffin 2.085 and iheve this error!!!
Initializing Phone...
Failed to find FIA file in 'C:\Program Files\Nokia\Phoenix\flash\

Error[78878778]
Why???

I have download fia 3.51 from griffin site but have the same problem!!!!

reinstall griffin,
if your pc have dual operating system try other OS,
if still try other pc
