7650 strange problem - GSM-Forum

i got a 7650 when i navigate around in the menu it will hang and screen will become blur.. ringtone with no sound. i try to flash it using griffin, everything is ok, the flashing is smooth, but the problem still the same...
also got one set of 3660 at first no buzzing sound when try to listen ringtone after flash the menu screen also become blur and hang anyone know how to solve this problem?

flash with erase files then flashing MCU+PPM again.
