7710 blinks on nokia logo and alway restarts.
flashed and formated.
no result.

7710 (if e.g. your phone doesn't start or it is very unstable) use the following method to reformat the device. Please, be aware that this function brings your phone back to a factory state, i.e. it removes all applications, files and data.
Disconnect the charger and remove the battery.
Wait for about ten seconds and insert the battery to start the device.
When you see the NOKIA welcome screen, immediately press and hold two lower keys on the left side (the [= key and the Menu key) and shortly after that press and hold the second key from the top on the right side on the phone.
Confirm that you want to format. Formatting will start.

ok u can making erasing for adresses befor and try to flashing it
