Phone Start-up Failed - PHONE IS NOKIA 7610 - GSM-Forum

hia to all mem

7610 no water damage board is cleane

it says phone startup failed.contact the retailer.

i flashed with latest ver v7.06 & format user area done uisettings
but problem is same

pls can any one giv e me working solution

You could also try manual formatting. Good luck!

u must flash ur phon without factory setting

Try manual formatting. . . Or try to downgrade. It worked for me.

You can format you phone with HWK Format User Area.

Dear,
I've solved this problm many times by using chainees verison
have u tried chainess version? ur phone will b fine.
after flash complete, click on Format User Area
then on the top, right side of UI Setting select Normat Mode
fon will say Insert Sim

I use the JAF box and it really works.Just flash the phone the way u do with any other box but this time use JAF.Its very good with nokia software problems.

did you check the imei...is it not ?????????....try manual formatting.....press *,3,call then power on at the same time within 5 sec...works for me..

man 1st check ,can it take ui setting or full factory setting if not then replace uem for imei question mark,then write rpl ,

Hi all take my salam.i am a new user.'yesterday i was soft this same problem with 6021.u can use ufshwk pm edit oftion after read pm then fixed item then flash pm after fullfactory defaults. susccesful here.

dear brother. in ufs do flash & then click "FORMAT USER AREA" then UI settings . work fine. same problem i solve 3 times.

If you make UI settings in WD2 after this your phone write startup faield. in WD2 you don`t need make UI Settings! only FORMAT USER AREA and your problem will be soloved

yes i agree with sema2283..after formating user area dont check all ui settings..jst click on the full factory defaults..write good pm den initsimlocks..coz if agen if ull check all ui settings same thing will happen, contact retailer.

After flash+format user area aplly UI seting at reboot normal mode,if show smae error then just manual format(off format).
it will work

manually format by pressing *3sendand on/off switch without sim card and then post your result
