hi anybody help got an ngage when its switched on just geting a white screen nothing else any ideas thanks in advance

switch it off then when you turn it on, simultaneously press the pencil button..probabaly youre in the flight mode

Pls use erase 32Mb file in PPM first then U can use any version U had for flashing it!!!

download erase files then extract, u will find what ur need. or download ccserase files.

when using that erase, be sure that you also have a copy of PM file for N-gage.
you might need this file after flash processing.

what is that PM files???? i ve been in the same problem and the way i took to solve is giveing it to service repair ! But it was costly . Guys please give me your guid in detail how to reflash . thankyou for advance

PM is a data that extract from ur GSM Phone in your case is Ngage, it content network data on all bandwith, product code Energy data etc, u can read n write pm via SERIAL button on ur griffin and choose Important PMM values. u can find it in delta2000 group also try to look and dowload the new pm file. inside got good pm for ngage. then u.....
1. flash the PPM with CCERASE files
2. flash the phone with latest ngage ver
3. format user area
4. full factory set to default
5. write pm to the phone
6. unlock

try it n make sure to post the result

rename it to NEM4_ERASE32mb.BIN

hi i got the same prob as him/her and i am kinda new at this so could you be able to help me and instruct me on where to get the software

and how to do it, my phone only switches on for like 5 secs....

please someone help i cant goto service piont coz i aint got a recipeit i chucked it.
