nokia 3650 'phone startup failed, contact retailer - GSM-Forum

hi,
please my 3650 had a four blinks problem. i then flashed with my griffin, imei now ???????????? and it says phone start up failed, contact retailer. i have tried flashing several times but same problem. any hints pleaseeeeeee.

youn should change your UEM chip and change your serial number with rpl file.

Try rewrite the IMEI before changing the UEM.

i've downloaded rpl file but griffin gives error on writing. i read in a forum here that i have to do a little modification in my box before writing. please can anyone put me thru on how? i use a griffin gold box. i also learnt the white griffin box needs no modification. how true?

uou can try flash with 3650 erasing file. after this flash the phone withgriffin or usf-2

make format area
and u will find service manual to how repair contact retailer to wd2 in my support

go to griffinteam site and look history file and you can find a map wich explor
how to direct beetwin to resistor .
and you can change imei.
