You can't use a SD memory card with the Nokia 6600. The 6600 only uses MMC memory cards

SD on 6600?? no way! just works mmc..
Anybody knows the maximun mmc capacity for the 6600?
I want to buy a new mmc (512 or 1Gb) and I don't know if it will work.
except about the size, are all mmc's the same (I mean if are one faster than others or with best performance or quality)

I have read you can use 2gb memory cards, and you can also use the faster type memory card - I forget their name - too much Cheech and Chong business !!!

With your memory card - you are much much better off buying or stealing a 2GB faster type card - make sure u get the faster type card no matter what size you go for - they are a bit more money, but worth if for the faster speed

Yes, this is just what I want, but someone can tell me how I know which is the fastest? I want someone tell me the standard, the best, also the worst speed.
I don't want going to the shop and that the seller cheat me saying the mmc's he has are the best in the world... you know... I want to know it before, and in that case being able to tell him no, you're wrong... you know...

As long as you choose a high quality, brand MMC (not SD) card, 1GB and 512MB will definitely work. I do not know about 2GB cards, but 512MB or 1GB should suffice for a mobile phone if you delete the software that you never use.
