Problem with 7650 Field test - GSM-Forum

Hello,

I have a problem with the Field test software for the Nokia 7650. On my Cell Phone is installed the firmware version 3.16.
Then I installed the Field test software as described in the guidance.
Before I formatted the Cell Phone.
I open the Field test "TEST" however if I a BTS test make come the following error message:

App. closed
ftd !
Ftd 107

How can I repair this error?
I formatted the Cell Phone already three times and installed the Field test software!
But unfortunately without success.

I made a USER AREA FORMAT with Phoenix now! But the error message comes still! What can I do?

On other Nokia 7650 (V 3,16) the same error message comes.

Hi,

You make user area format with 12v external power supply or fps8 internal voltage only?
