Problem flashing Nokia 7650 from 4.39 to 4.46. Please help!!! - GSM-Forum

I have the Finland made Nokia 7650. I tried to flash with griffin and it always failed. It always detects as it doesn't have power when the error message pops up.

Anybody knows how to fix this? I desperately need to flash my Nokia.

just try to adjust the cable because cable of 7650 is always make these problems, if it not work tell me and I will help

you told me that the program erase easly but the problem when it try to flash so there is no problem in cable..
is your phone Power off now ??
try also to change the adaptor to higher than 800mA and use 9 or 12 V

tell e about result

the problem is I can flash it to 4.39 but not to 4.46

so I don't think there is a problem with the adapter or the cable.

the think that I can think of the problem is the firmware itself.

I have downloaded version 4.46 from freegsm.biz and that one is missing the language pack so I downloaded again from http://www.gsm-ms.com/files/nokia/index1.html

the one that I download from gsm-ms is the one that is not working. I can't try the one from the freegsm one even though I downloaded all the files already.

any other idea?
