SIM MENU and Nokia 3650 problem - GSM-Forum

Phone automatically exits SIM-MENU after about 1 minute. There is no difference when I pressed any keys or not.
Any ideas?

This seems a software "bug"... If u don´t have proper tools to flash your phone, my advice is to take him to someone that can flash it, or directly to Nokia.

You may try *#7370# (reset the phone), or start in "safe-mode" (pencil key pressed during Power ON).

This is just a try...
