first confirm that complant is memorycard or handset

hi..can you send me more detail for your phone.i think is more better.but you can try my step first here
1)reprogram software
2)check your on/off suis
3)check your battery pin
4)reball your power ic

much better is put net monitor in your 3310 so that you can easily trace what parts you change
