1. Replace with a good keyboard (damn cheap for nowaday, cost around USD$2). 2. Check the UI connector X140 (PCB board keyboard connector) pins. 3. Rehot or replace keypad IC (check schematic if you don't know). You can download nokia schematics from here - http://www.shrak-mobile.com/eng/schem_nokia.html 4. If non of them above could solve your problem then you are so lucky that you have to deal with CPU. From the question you asked, you're quite a newbie for me. So I think the first step may be your only choice. Read through schematic, it would give you a lot of help.

1. Have you checked your buzzer ? 2. Have you checked your PCB board buzzer pins & capacitors, resistors, etc which are near buzzer pins ? Are they broken ? Missing ? Dropped off ? Espeacially L359 & L360. 3. Have you checked your buzzer IC ? N330 ? 4. Now only comes to UEM. If you're facing a glued UEM then you have to apply more heat & more flux to remove it but not too hot ! It could damage your PCB UEM's legs. You should check your phones start from minor problem. That's what a technician should follow. Many things could be fixed easily, you just have to keep yourself clear enough to analyse the problems. Sometimes, it's not as complicate as you thought. Just don't MASS OUT the problems !

Remove the bluetooth module(N430) metal cap, and you will see a little tiny flash chip that looks like 3310 flash chip which got a model no. - M28R400CB. That's what we called bluetooth flash ic. What you have to do is replace it or reball it. Reheat - not recommended. Problem not solved, replace UEM.
