3250 dead!!!!!

my problem is i put bad flash in the 3250 and after phone is dead?
version in phone 3.23 and after is dead i flash with 4.60 and in the display Failed! Abording!

i don't know what and what can i do now?

Sir i have 9500 inside lcd some time show nokia and inside lcd off but phone work with outside lcd?

I backed it up, flashed it Got the dreaded PH SG ERR did TP restored, refalshed and now have a White Screen and cant' do a thing.

ANY IDEAS?
