5310b RM-304. No power. Fails flashing with code D386 "The configuration response from the Phone informs about fail. The Programming Device copies the Phone response contents to the preceding FIASCO_GENERAL_INFO_IND message"

All regulator voltages, clocks, and signals that we can check are present. Going to try and change Combo memory today. Any tips?
