Network locked to- three uk network

My mobile does not have com port option. When I connect it to the computer through usb
it only has USB MASS STORAGE or WEBCAM option. How can I get com port option?

Hi,
I have an old motorola V360, now the original battery BT50 no longer works, in conversation lasts no more than 8-10 minutes. I have bought a new battery BT50 through eBay, when I try to charge the new battery I get the message on the small display: “Impossibile ricaricare” =>“Impossible to recharge”. I have noticed that, although the two battery have Motorola BT 50 brand on the front they have different values in the rear. The old battery has the code: SNN5766A and was built in May 2006, whilst the new battery has the following values:
SNN5771B M8F706EHTBMCM.JG
|||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||| 850
CELL ORIGIN JAPAN FINISHED IN CHINA
20091116 JGA5282
Please could you help me to solve the problem with the new battery? in any way I have so far spent 22€ and no solution. If I cannot solve I have to thrught away the phone.
