Replaced cog wheel and ribbon on my beloved 8910 BUT now the slider is no longer 'active' i.e doesn't end calls when you close it and so on. My 8850 has been much repaired over the years (still in good service) and I can see the microswitch on the bottom of the board, but I'm scratching my head over how the 8910 knows its open or closed ! Any help would be appreciated. Cheers |
