Help please D600e unlock

Hi

I have purchased a d500/d600 serial cable with 9v batt and attempted to unlock my d600e but can't seem to get it to work.

I have tried swift service SUS, TST, winIMEI d600 etc.

The phone goes into tat mode ok but then I get error messages such as "could not read master pw"

I am totally stuck, I have read many threads and done many searches but cannot find the solution. I appologise if my question is silly to some people as I don't usually like to ask I normally find the answers eventually.

If I flash with new software and unbrand will this also unlock?

Any suggestions please.....................

I have unlocked d600E 100# succesfully with SUS and com cable with 9v connected.

make sure your 9v battery has 9 volts,
use sim lock opent and phone lock option,
chose correwct model as in d600E not D600.
check phone battery is full

Okay, so I was having the EXACT same problem with my d600e. The problem was the computer I was using. I did a fresh install of winXP on an old machine I had lying around and winimei unlocked my phone on the first try. I have a lot of "stuff" hardware and software installed on my main machine so I have no idea what was causing the conflict. The serial port has worked fine before when hooked to other hardware.

Hopefully I have been able to help. I spent 2 weeks looking through all the different forums and could not find an answer.

for d500 & d500e use usb oreginal data cable and NsDongle_Cracked or use ufsx, d600 supported
