Samsung M2710 while turning in the lock screen shows red numbers?

I stay stuck with M2710 and M2710 showing just above blinks in red numbers showing "18000006". I have HWK someone has some form of it as boot device in order to make the flash using another program such as OneNAND Downloader because I could not put in download mode.

I tried the procedure to handle the 9 key and connect the USB cable it asks a very strange drive that I have on my pc, even installing the package the samsung drives do not think this drive, the drive's name we ask is: NXP Semiconductors - Full Speed - DFU

yes installed the drive was accepted, it did not create door so I can use the OneNAND Downloader v1.4 For the samsung only have hwk and hwk no model m2710 on the list, and tried to flash using the M2310 model and still same problem as reported above.

maybe flasher is same like for L700 and J800 since they are from the same platform, here is it with driver inside.

after u chose file, click "START" then connect phone (i mean do not connect phone before "START").

Yes I did the same mistake, I used the downloaded flash in support SarasSoft / HWK two files M2710VIIC2_H9.cla and M2710VIIC2_H9.tfs, it seems that the Flash program loader does not detect them as correct files and compatible with the program. Follow the images as I loaded the flash in different ways and always in error.

For images of the manual you posted is used other flash file extensions for the L700 model may be that the extension of flash hwk is not compatible with the Flash Loader program.

HWK use original flash file for all supported samsung.
but they upload also Flash file for not supported samsung in their support.

so problem is with Flasher not wioth flash file.

He left this week to update the HWK 2.1.0.0 and not yet solved the problem with my M2710 now the code in red is still more to other numbers "22023253" today does not resolve the problem has made several process format the NAND and NOR and erased without success, not reading it, I played and nothing E2P
