What I have understood when reading about Samsung Z500 f/w is that they include practically all (western european) languages, even Swedish. What I can see from the pics, this f/w that Nicon has found, (probably on an italian forum where a guy from Kuwait has posted f/w to Z500 and Z300 like a mad man the last couple of days), obviously contains the Italian language. So it is my humble conclusion that it also has the possibility to show Swedish menus etc.

You seem to be very correct.. i looked at the clear text in the files and found this in there somewhere:

It's in this firmware if the following assumption i made is correct. I looked in the languages i could chose in the phone and it says:

Cestina and Slovencina (i cannot make the special letters that they are actually written in). Available both as phone language and T9!

Very correct

The phone contains these languages:

English
German
Frensh
Italian
Dutch
Spanish
(unknown)
Porugese
Swedish
Turkish
Norweigan
Polish
Finnish
Danish
Magyar
Slovein
Croatian
(unknown)

It has T9 input for ALL these languages.

The pictures are not from my phone since I don't have a digital camera.

Anyhow, using it since while back and seemingly working good.

I have just a quick question, does this firmware allow you to change the themes? The vodafone branding o my Z500v did, but when I flashed to O2 (Z500BWEG2_EG3) I lost the ability to do that. If it could I might go for this one instead.

I've heard others say the same and nobody has (as of far) been able to create own themes. Though I like the looks and feel of this one

I've been using my own custom made themes for a while now, or well I was with my old vodafone firmware. I put the themes that came with the vodafone firmware up here:

The pictures (full 176*220) and the xml file can be edited, to make custom themes, but it appears can only be applied if you have a vodafone firmware.
