Yes, Very sure, I saw all the languages on my phone, and they are exactly in that order.

I am using the Spanish language.

It is the European version so it should have Spanish, Italian, French, etc....

You can flash your F480 with this firmware, is quite good. and seems faster than my old firmware.

that firmware is the "hugo boss" edition,
they are talking in the forum that firmware is password protected and
they decided not to share that files with any english people
(textual words: english people get a life)
