Not able to get codes for Sgh-A887 - GSM-Forum

Hi,
I am trying to unlock samsung sgh-A887, Octoplus box is able to read the phone imie but when i press read codes it give me error.

Welcome to Octoplus/Octopus Box Samsung software version 1.5.6

To connect SGH-A887 phone you have to perform the following steps:
1. Disconnect USB cable from phone.
2. Type *#782872#.
3. Press confirm button.
4. Type *#7465625# and leave appeared message on phone screen.
5. Connect USB cable and select Diagnostics COM port.
6. Press "Read Info" in software.
