Samsung SGH-Z500

Hi, Is there anyone who can help me to remove some default settings from my z500. Or if there is any type of software which can do this.

Clock Z500

I have a problem with the Clock of Z500.
many times the alarm clock don't work, and the clock "jump" from the minute after the alarm to the minute before the alarm!
Ex: if the alarma itīs a 22H30m the clock go from 22H29m to 22H31m.

there are any software for resolve this problem?

Hello North, others,

I have since couple of days brand new Z500, and replaced by another new one by my Vodaphone shop. Same clock alarm problem as your report North.
We are not alone, I found quite some more in Forums and review.

Has anybody heard of a solution offered by Samsung already.

Cheers JaapV (NL)

You need to update firmware. Vodafone version in Spain has the same problem. In our forum, users solved that problem updating to Z500MMEG1 version.

I tested it, and yes I have the same problem with the alarm, but I also have an other one.
Let me explain:
My phone is in the normal phone settings (so not car, silent etc, but normal)
I put on my Bluetooth and my Bluetooth headset, connect them etc.
After this I make a phone call. After I hang up, I switch my headset of and (but not necessarily) I switch of my Bluetooth on my phone.
The first call will not ring!!!!!
So you will definitely miss the first call after using the headset (and made a call!).

This problem will only occur when the phone is in the normal caller settings, and you must make a call.

Anybody who has the same problem??
(Bluetooth headset = Jabra BT 250v, phone= dutch vodafone)

Thanks very much Chukelo for your confirmation of this problem and suggestion to try a newer version. I started download already from the link you gave, but first will try with your information to get the update done by Samsung service before doing the experiment myself.
