ok i was in the middle of flashing my z500, then the white screen turned off and i get error on my laptop screen

and now everytime i try to flash, it turns off, and i can no longer turn on my phone anymore... i get the load up screen, then phone turns off

how do i save my phone? arrgh this is so frustrating

i know something that works, because that happen to me...i don't know if it's the best solution, but it works...flash your phone first only with efs BUTYOU WILL LOSE IMEI!!!! i have lost it too, but the phone still work without imei...so the decisiion is yours, or go to samsung and they will repair it

now the phone doesnt even turn on anymore, i cant get the download screen... is the only solution brinign it back to samsung?

it's obviuos that after flashing with efs, now you need to do the all process again...now try to flash with all files+ efs...it´s impossible you can't get the download sreen... 9+ plug the cable at same time

k the 9 + power does nothing
and phone doesnt even turn on now

is it dead? **** this phone costed alot lol

then u batter forget about this one. if the phone dont gose to flash mode then its just useless

is there a vodaphone location in hong kong area that i can bring it back to? samsung wont accept it cuz they said they havent released the phone in north america

well, right now i have my own z500 dead,only the keypad is blinking when you touch a key,there is no way to flash again the phone! i am looking to find a way too fix it...

the only way to repair this phone is to change the flash memory with a preprogrammed flash... works 100%

Buy it as a sparepart and change it.

contact a authorized service center.. thay have them.. btw you need a bga rework machine to change the flash memory
