Z140v cant make outgoing call after Unlock - GSM-Forum

i have succesfully unlocked 2pcs Z140v. but after unlock i cant make outgoing call. first i thought its mobile problem but cant belive both set have problem. both is almost brand new. can anyone advice me whats the problem?

always says "rejected by network" on outgoing call but incoming is ok. i also checked the network option clearly. everything is ok

hi,
first of all see on menu if u are disabling call id, any networks dont works if u hide number when call

It seems samsung Z series are having problems with some networks (like D500). I 've seen the same problem with a dozen of z140. They work perfectly with other operators.
