Z500 Freeze With Logo And Restart - GSM-Forum

I HAVE samsung Z500 freeze with samsung LOGO and keep restarting .... Problem seams to be the same as D500 -need reflash- but this Z500 need to comunicate with PC via USB cable . I make it right cable :

keyboard up
24...........1

phone USB
19...............black
16...............red
15...............green
10...............white

comport 2 and 3 short
tested by many person included me

(LG 8120 dual USB+COM have this pins connected exacly)
-----------------------------------------

but XP didnt see any phone to install drivers when I connect phone to PC.
I short cut it small battery inside phone...remove it... still no conection with phone.
Any solution for this?
I understand that I need original Z500 usb cable ..but many many members say it works perfect with this pinout...

Any solution please?

Phone is NOT frozen, start up, show animation, and restart.
Need to be reflashed.

Same problem here by me. The *******r have unlock by himself, and phone show Logo and restart. SW- update is sussfully, but phone not working

New solution for all 3G phones will be released soon:
-totaly dead phones (erased boot)
-freeze/restart phones
-only short keyboard blink on power on, etc...

PS.
Dont ask me about the release time and price because i dont know exactly.

No you cant repair that phone with Nsdongle.

elco,i have a ns dongle wich yesterday i updated with the last version and the program does not start on now! ....slowly i beginn to think that buyng a dongle is waste of money.....when u can use a cracked version...to spend 200 euro like i did,and any time you update the version panda detect a adware in the installing proces,and lately to dont be able to power on the program seems to me like sombody screewed me,i am gettin pisst of more...conclusion ,NsDongle is worth nothing....zero!..lets tell to the people the truth,,,,,samsung complete solution!?! my ***!....i did unlocked a few phones its true but exist free software to do the same at zero cost and without stress,not to remember about flashing z serie

everyone have the rigt to post his opinion.But before blaming my software, PLZ read the posts from Nsdongle section and fallow the instructions.

There is no spyware or addware on Nsdongle software.That can be confirmed by many other users.

for me, the update is fine...if u have problem, u can just download the latest version from the nsdongle web..

I partly agree with you about the free software compared to NSdongle..

first, with the z series phone u mentioned, free solution need a MODIFIED com port cable which I have no time to make one, while nsdongle can do it via normal usb..(easy)...

Btw, I fixed a couple of Z500 with the freeze problem by Nsdongle too cos people played with the FREE software and messed up the phone

anyway, just my own opionion and I repsect yours too

To flash z500 you only need usb cable that comes with phone to unlock you only need usb that comes with phone and winimei and if you change imei well you know the score

Only thing is at IMEI is not active anymore, but atleast phone is working. Except at PCstudio doesn't work with phone.
