ZV60 can't call - GSM-Forum

Hi, can anyone help me plz with this phone, I got the signal and the operator but the phone just gives me only emergency calls, I've had the same problem with u700 n found a flash file that help me out with it, so plz if some1 has the file for zv60 I would really appreciate if can upload it to 4shared or sth, got other files if u need but help me out this one plz.
