how do i convert a non ruim to a ruim i have a 2115 i have download the flash file on this forum i used the nep as mcu and the llp as ppm but what am not understanding is the phone is saying no network coverage when i insert a ruim sim how do i fix this problem

you cannot friend. if your phone is non ruim phone, flash it with non ruim software. if your phone is ruim phone flash it with ruim software. otherwise your phone will no signal or you can get signal if you put your phone in roaming option. but it's doesnt solve your problem. so flash it with correct flash file

U wrong friend! many nokia's work in both mode. with and without ruim.
Just 2115 is 1900, u have to flash with 2116 ruim flash to convert it to 800
