Why Nk 6235 last media files after flash?

This is my first experence of flashing CDMA phone with UFS. My Nokia 6235 has lost all Media files after i wrote PM file that was red from another good phone. Do i have to make a special file ( like DT4 flashing ) to avoid that? Before I wrote this PM I also Erased ( by using the button next to the button of Rd Mem ) I Presume it has deleted every thing on the memory? is that why i lost all the Media files on the phone or is it because I needed to make a special file ?!!
