hi, can i ask fo r a help with my 709sc 2007.10 samsung only automatic

download mode when battery is connected...it cant be switch off unless i removed the battery or when the battery got drained...
here it is...

action taken
i flash it two times in ust pro 2 but still same and open the unit to check...

history
dropped unit

looking forward for a great advice mates

mate its BSI problem or

flex

what am i going to check with the bsi? sorry i haven't try to repair one before
