A727 unlocking - GSM-Forum

Hi dear mates I've been trying to unlock an A727 samsung but I have not successed in doing it because always ask me to change port settings between 1 and 16 I do it but always ask for the same thing.

How to solve this problem?

Just let me add something else, I have already tried with different software versions even the last one 8.50

Here I leave you the com port settings propierties where I have already selected two ports betwen 1 and 16 in this particular case I have selected ports number 2 and 12

it means phone's MODEM Port not ust
in device manager /Modems/ Samsung..../
change the port betwen 1-15

My dear AhmedLeopard unfurtunately customer take out the phone from me 'cause I could not unlock it but thanks anyway I will try your advice as soon as I get one of these phones again on my hands,
