FRIENDS try to change the usb cable or port usb & try to disinstall old version in setting of panal setting & reboot system then install newst version 5.66 !!! i hope that be well for u !!! for me work in several computers ! try to solve your problem . some times we should be work without helping from product supporter ......ect( or try to clean or see that the smart card normal & can be detedcted ) ............. result us . 10x

look friend the box is working in other pc but in mine not and the problem is not to deinstall the prog but comes from the prtection of the sotware

in my notebook always error and in other old notebook work fine with same system and same antivirus

error only in v5.56 and v5.66

friend all well for me in 3 computers & seems for me this error ! try to disinstall old version in setting panal then reboot system & after install 5.66 all well for u . your problem between he system & box installer . try & result us

same prob, currently my box letter-weight unfortunately, i think this is general error, possibly not over the end product was checked carefully.

No, because my windows xp was reinstall and first in my computer was v5.66 software and same problem.

good protection for ust pro 2 dongle but problem with win xp update cause after the update the software dosen t work and until now we haven t any solution from thies team so bad support

Everything was perfect with UST pro II, but suddenly after few days I got the following error message when I tried to open the USTPro II program to unlock a mobile:

Microsoft resource manager is not running

I tried to uninstall the drivers as well as the software and installed them again, but still I have the same error message.
could you please help

me too i have this problem and it s caused by the new update by win xp and we are waiting for the new update from ust team

UST pro2's good . but downloadfile is very bad !

In this direction the mistake when we get a satisfactory answer for a message because Win Xp reinstallation is boring already. Something would be good solution that let him be useful the v5.65 software and update. thanks
