B3310 Solution that worked for me

Solution to unlock by flashing

First download flash file for example this one

Go to ust chose model b3310 then convert orginal flash to UST format

chose *.s3 file

take out battery plug usb cable and press * and -volume put in the batterry
phone should start and show connection logo you should hear usb plug sound

go to hardware manger and find in com ports your phone change port to range from 1 to 10 (it should work on higher ports in UST v10 but i did it on com 2)

now in UST chose your converted flash and flash phone , after flashing you need to restart phone .

Now i had some problems with unlocking by ust but i used Samsung remote client and i did unlock no problems IMEI ok and evrything look to work just fine .

Its not great soultion but has to do until they update UST .
