i have a few question i need to ask.

my ust pro2 brought it recently is hav

ing some trouble connecting to phone ,

for instance. I connect a t-mobile T309 with cable D500 to service cable2 port, when i select type of phone to T309 and read code if i leave it alone with phone OFF, it will not able to detect phone. If i turn on phone and press read code it will not able to detect phone. The only way i can get it to detect is turn OFF phone and press read code, while it loading i press the ON button on phone with out actually turn on the phone( hold it for 1-2 seconds) then it will able to detect and get the code or unlock is the same way. SOMETHING WRONG WITH MY BOX? other model same thing

what cable should i use for T609? I use cable D500 and E700 both will charge the phone and connect good. On screen say phone must be on I have it on and connect both cable and read code, not working. I have phone turn off and same thing not working. WHICH CABLE SHOULD I USE AND WHAT PROCEDURE I HAVE TO GET TO GET IT UNLOCK OR DETECT THE PHONE?

Use E860 cable for T609, already tried and tested

you have the phone on or off at the time when you detect the phone? i have problem for the box to detect the phone thats why i have to see other have the same problem too .

best way is to connect fone when u see power on ur fone in ust window

finally got it to working good and understand how it works. thanks to everyones help, especially to bhart telling me the correct cable and siroya got right into my problem.

TO THE PRODUCER

ur box is too good. but cable selector posted in ur site is absolutely wrong... i use nspro 2 see which cable is used for which model and unlock in ust pro2.

i will b really gr8ful 2 u if u can tell all of us how to install ust pro2... without formatting pc or putting all other softwares in pc....
