i need solution to remove user lock from f480v
phone can't be detected by computer and i can't enter phone menu to change connectivite ;
i try to flash but the same problem phone can't be detected when selecting flash mode
thx for help

goto device manager in PC and Select Modem Com in Under 1 to 16......!
for put into Download mode "by pressing 'power ON' + 'Camera hot key' + 'Volume Up Key' at the same time. If you do properly, you can see the following message on Main LCD "Download" .

and flash phone user code will be remove
