when i flash the samsung z500 at about 60% it says "error unknown ack"

what does this mean?????

this means ur battery is not fully charged
full charge ur battery then flash again

sorry, i did'nt reply sooner

the battery is fully charged and still at about 60% it says "error unknown ack"
