Try #*7337# but before you got to know if work your imei is damaged but still works fine.

Telip method i briliant !!! It works.
I modified it to be more user friendly, without need to put half simcard or reset phone !!!
Do as follows
1. Put normally non-network sim and batery, but do not turn it on.
2. Press direct unlock in UST
3. If asked to press power on the phone, plug in the cable.
4. After few seconds phone its unlocked and work on forein sim - but only temporary (to next swiching on)
5. Then type what Telip wrote:
Make a Change the NCK password to 8 zeros by typing: *7465625*638*00000000*00000000#
Now Disable network lock By typing: #7465625*638*00000000#
6. Now the phone is unlocked permanently.
