I need E715 Turkish Flash File - GSM-Forum

Some people say i have it but dont send it to us.The owner of the UST is Vahid so he must give us support and put the Turkish flash file on his support web.But why doesnt he make this.

Cause this language doesn't exist for this phone.
it is a special phone for vodafone and t-mobile and has the languages only for this market.
